I had to write this review to express my sincere gratitude. We experienced significant flight delays and your restaurant was supposed to be closed. However, the staff graciously stayed open and offered a discount on pizza slices. I want to specifically commend the bartender, who was an absolute professional. Even though they were past closing time, her attitude was genuinely positive and made us feel welcome. That kind of commitment and kindness is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you for going the extra mile!
I got to Lancaster airport extra early for my flight just so I could eat lunch here and it was worth it. Even though it was lunch time, they were not busy and I was seated right away. There are lots of good options on the menu but I ended up ordering a classic dish of fish and chips. The order comes with two large pieces of fish and they were very good and crispy. Overall the service was great and if I fly out of or into Lancaster again, it will definitely stop here again.
We called Sunday evening and asked if they could accommodate 13 of us. They happily said yes. When we got there the table was set and ready to go. Alex was our waiter, and he was great! The food was excellent. Overall a great night!
Flew in at night. Sat at the bar. Crowded due to function taking place. We were waited on promptly and waitress was very attentive. Food was prepared well and tasted great. I had the Primavera dish. Atmosphere and customers great. Very easy landing, navigation of airport and departure. I recommend this restaurant and airport.
Food was good. Service was good. A little pricey. It was a nice day, we sat outside and watched planes take off, so that was a different type of dining experience.
This was our first time visiting Florentino's. We had a great time. Our waiter was wonderful. I wish I could remember his name. Our whole party enjoyed our meals and the experience.
